See, that is the problem I have with cutting watermelon, it is messy! I end up with sticky counters for weeks no matter how much I clean up after I cut the darn thing.
My activity for the day involves getting up to pee. I do leg circles and lifts every once in a while just to keep blood flowing to my legs. Of course, there are kegels too. But those make me have to pee, so I am getting up to go to the bathroom again :P
I'm doing the usual Friday stuff today - spin, buy groceries, laundry, nap.
Breakfast: blueberry yogurt, wrap
Lunch: leftover beef noodles, gazpacho
Dinner: ???
No exercise for me today. I feel pretty worn out from yesterday. No plans today other than cleaning our downstairs and I'm getting a haircut too.
Will have to update on food as I have no idea.
