Well Millcreek, I generously had another junky weekend so anyone who was left out last weekend had a chance to get in on the action this past weekend. We'll just say that one night I had chocolate chip cookies for dinner.
I had a few clients this morning and also worked out. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical. I did tri-sets for chest, shoulders and triceps. It went pretty well except that getting up off with bench with weights in my hand was a little tricky. I can definitely *feel* my abs right now and they're a little sore. I'm interested to see how I feel tomorrow.
I can totally relate to the Krispy Kreme, it is dh's way of preparing breakfast for the family. That is all I had from Thursday through Sunday for breakfast. I don't want to see another doughnut.
I had an exciting day. I was having braxton hicks contractions all day and sharp pain in...tmi...So, after spending the morning getting the busy signal at the doctors office, waiting on hold, waiting for them to call me back, and all over again, the doctor finally asked me to come in. Good News, I am not dialated anymore. Bad news, I am still on bedrest. I explained to my doctor that I am not very good with bedrest. I am restless, anxious, stressed, bored, and depressed. She, having three kids of her own, said that I am allowed to get up to take care of the kids, nothing more. She gave me a look and said that exercise is not involved in taking care of the kids, lol. So, at least I get to take care of my babies.
Then she noticed that i had actually lost weight since Wednesday and that my belly was measuring smaller. Urgh! So I had to wait 2 hours for an ultrasound to see if the baby was growing and if the amniotic fluid was okay. I didn't hear back, so I am assuming no news is good news. The tech didn't seem worried. I was in a rush when I left the ultrasound because I had been laying on my back so long that my blood pressure dropped, I almost passed out. When it was time to leave I was extremely sick and just wanted to go back to bedrest and have an orange cream slush from sonic to cool me down.
Food: Kashi golean waffle subway sandwich, doritos orange cream slush spaghetti (left over fazoli's) rest of the doritos, couple cookies
glad you are doing well! i'd say "sorry you have to stay in bed" but it being 7:30 in the morning and i'm having trouble waking up, i just can't bring myself to say that right now! hope you aren't getting toooooo restless and bored, though. tell your dh to make you a healthier breakfast or your baby is going to grow up to be homer simpson from all the prenatal doughnuts! can he just bring you a box of cereal and a bowl?
Krispy Kreme weekends!
