Not very exciting, subbing "step & pump" this morning. Finally got my computer back in order.

Breakfast: ww wrap
Lunch: leftover green chicken curry w/ramen
Dinner: ???

Today, I teach cardio/combo...may stay for the step class I usually stay for afterwards...don't know yet. DH is on vacation and I don't want to spend all of my time at the gym.

Breakfast: Oatmeal, coffee w/ creamer

Snack: Melon, almonds

Lunch: Grilled veggies, brown rice

Snack: Apple w/ peanut butter

Dinner: Grilled pork chops, cabbage

I did legs (no cardio) this morning. We'll see how the lower body feels tomorrow. Not a whole lot planned for today... meeting a friend for lunch and I have some errands to run as well.

I'm not in a great mood as DH and I got into it this morning. We fight about the most asinine things. *sigh*

I'll have to update food later...

Nothing exciting today for me. I mentally went through some forms, but that was it.

Food:
kashi golean crunch
peach
egg salad on ww, strawberries (I know this was probably more aggressive than I should have been, but I really wanted egg salad)
yogurt, strawberries
dinner? my guess is pizza or fastfood, I need some ideas for something dh can make
popcorn if I am hungry after yucky dinner

Pasta w/ spaghetti sauce is really easy and open a bag of salad.

Alright I'm starting get a little flabby and lthargic which seldom seems to happen when I post my journal here so its time to get back at it.

Taught two classes: Seniors and Butts & Guts. May work on practicing/memorizing Group Kick choreography or take the dog for a walk.

Breakfast: homemade banana multigrain waffle; soy chai tea

Lunch: potato-veggie roti

Supper: homemade Moroccan Lentil-Vegetable soup

Snacks: tortilla chips; fresh multigrain bread w/ PB; fresh fruit

Food update:

Breakfast: protein shake

Lunch: blackened chicken, salad, fruit

Snack: cottage cheese, grapes

Dinner: Chik-Fil-A sandwich and waffle fries (yes, we used two of DH's coupons), frozen yogurt.
