It is a roaster here today. I did step class and then an hour of weights (shoulders/back) and I am having lunch with bf and dropping off my signed contract at my new workplace.
Pre-gym: Luna bar Post-gym: iced nonfat latte, fruit & cheese plate Lunch: hopefully a steak salad Dinner: ???
I eat these almost exclusively in place of bread. They are quite high in protein and fiber. I figure if I'm going to consume the starchy carbs that head straight to my butt, I might as well be getting some extra protein and fiber while I'm at it.
I make wraps with them, PB&J sandwiches with them. The only thing I still eat on bread are hamburgers but I have them open-face so it's just one slice.
I did a Tae Bo video this morning and it's been ages! I got a really good workout and was dripping by the time I was finished. Feels so good to sweat and work hard again. I'm still going to be on the look-out for a good hip-hop video and I'll let you all know if I find one.

I'm doing glutes and core this morning (well, I'll do as much core as feels comfortable).
Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: Taco del Mar burrito bowl, frozen yogurt
Snack/Dinner: not sure... will have to update
Teach three classes today: cardio&toning; weightlifting; Body Combat. Will spend much of the rest of the day practicing/memorizing Group Kick for Sat.
Breakfast: multigrain toast; tea
Lunch: probably a veggie rollup (ww wrap w/ salsa, avocado, onion & cucumber)
Supper: leftover Moroccan Lentil-Vegetable Soup
Snacks: fresh fruit; tortilla chips; Clif Bar or smoothie; tea
You can buy ww tortillas that are high in fiber.

Have you tried ebay for fitness dvds? I went there because I figured I could get the dvds cheap and not feel bad if they sucked.
