Did everybody go on vacation with Jean? Where's my peeps? :)
I bought Crunch Fitness Dance Party workout the other day and did it this morning. It's a pretty good workout. I don't think it was as intense as the Tae Bo I did on Wednesday, but it's a nice change. I don't think I've ever felt my whiteness quite as much as I did in my living room this very morning. *grin* This video has 3 "dance parties" - salsa, hip-hop, and retro. I liked the hip-hop the most and the retro gave me the most trouble. I had a lot of trouble with the steps. I had to laugh because when the instructor went into a step-touch, I immediately went into my high-impact aerobic arms... LOL. I am Pavlov's aerobic gymrat. :P
No work today... I've got house work and grocery shopping to do. A friend of mine is moving out of state so we're going to a bon voyage party for her tonight. It doesn't start until 8 and that's about the time when my eyes start to get droopy. Must get some caffeine with dinner. :) Food is up in the air so I'll need to update.

I'm here, but not for long. I have a Step/Sculpt class at lunchtime, then have to fly to another gym for group practice for 'Kick', after which I'll shower there & have lunch before I teach H.I.I.T. Finally home for supper, more laundry, more 'Kick' practice (on my own) and beddy-bye. Whew.
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ fresh blueberries; soy chai latte
Lunch: veggie wrap (avocado, onion, bell pepper, cuke, salsa & a sprinkle of nutritional yeast in ww wrap); some sort of overpriced drink from the Starbucks by the gym
Supper: no clue, maybe a black bean burrito w/ guac. or salsa (had chana masala instead of this last night)
Snacks: fresh fruit; cinnamon cookie; veggies w/ hummus
I do that aerobics thing too! We went to some line dance thing at Disney where they teach you the dances. Well, living in the south I already knew most of the dances, but dh kept laughing at me because I looked like I was doing aerobics and not dancing. I had fun, I guess that is all that matters. I'll never have the grace or rhythm to be a dancer. I watch So you think you can dance with dd and I have this burning desire to dance. Not gonna happen without a lot of prayer for this extremely white girl!

Today I am going to attempt another run. Today though I am going to wait a little later in the day until it's not quite so hot. Running is so different than what I do at the gym, but I am determined to do it.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, berries, coffee, black
Snack: Low Carb Yogurt, grapes
Lunch: Salad topped with tuna
Snack: FF cheese stick
Dinner: ???

I'm here but not feeling well.
I did spin this morning and bought groceries. Laundry and chillin' this afternoon.
Breakfast: blueberry yogurt
Lunch: WW ravioli, salad
Dinner: ???
Snacks: will include veggies

i'm here, just being judicious with internet use at work! i missed spin class today because i was talking to some people at work, so i'll do something or other that burns calories tonight after work. hopefully skateboard, but if it's too hot or whatever i think i'll do a step video.
