I really don't know how to help ya, I just hope you're feeling better soon!
I had an interesting morning so far. I was going through a green light when some chicky made a right turn on red, cutting in front of my car by about 2". So I honked her and gave her the finger and she jumped out of her car and tried to wrestle my car door open! Fortunately I locked the doors the moment I saw her come out. So I opened my window a crack and called her some things I have never had the pleasure of calling anyone to their face, gave her my sweetest smile and drove off.

Anyways...I also played piano at a funeral and I teach Pump this afternoon.

Breakfast: iced nonfat latte, fruit & cheese plate
Lunch: leftover homemade chicken chow mein
Dinner: ??
Snacks: frozen grapes, kettle corn

Well, this is a country where generally people don't carry guns.

I thought that maybe she would try to follow me home so I went home by a very roundabout way. If she had tried to follow me I would have driven to the police station.

LOL, why is it you always feel better when you finally get to the doctor. Dh is convinced they have magic credit card machines that once they swipe for your copay you already feel better. That always happens to me or to the kids when I take them in. Sorry you felt so bad all weekend. Stomach aches are the worse. It is weird that it happened right after the dog barf. Don't worry about the weight, just get yourself strong again woman!

I went to the doctor today and I am still on bedrest, urgh! I'm feeling much better, but she wants to take precautions. It isn't really bedrest, I can still get up and take care of the kids, but if it isn't something that has to be done, well then I need to lay down and not do anything. So annoying. So, I ignored the doctor for 10 minutes today and said it was necessary for the kids to take a short slow stroll down the street and back. I felt good afterwards. It isn't too hot today, so that is why I took the risk. I'm bad, I know.

With all this free time on my brain I am all worried about Discovery. Would they land that thing already! I'm really nervous about it.

Sorry to hear about your illness, but glad you're feeling better. And yes, I completely agree about the doc's office being closed when you're near death, but by the time 8 a.m. rolls around on Monday morning, you've had a miraculous recovery. I had a suture open up a little bit and I kept watching it and it wasn't getting any better. After two weeks, I finally called the doctor and they asked me to come in the same day. When I got into the exam room, the little sucker had darn near closed up. *shaking head*

I went to the gym this morning. Did chest, shoulders and triceps and 40 minutes on the elliptical. I go back for a couple more clients this afternoon.

Breakfast: peanut butter and banana on a ww tortilla

Snack: protein shake

Lunch: chicken pesto pizza, broccoli

Snack: Detour bar

Dinner: chicken wrap, salad, protein pudding

they don't usually use guns (guns are illegal in dc though pretty common in No. VA), they usually beat them to death.
