Today I have a million phone calls to make, and I am teaching step in the morning and may stay for Pilates after that.
Breakfast: blueberry yogurt, wrap
Lunch: butternut squash soup
Dinner: ???

I feel like I eat so much more than the rest of you!
Breakfast - oatmeal (spilled half), berries, steak
Snack - coffee
Lunch - chicken, salad
Snack - cheese
No dinner for me.
Today I am subbing a step and sculpting class and then I am taking my regular cardio kickboxing, and hopefully, I will have enough stamina to take a yoga class too.
I am doing a workshop in October, and I want to be in better shape before I do it...so I am being really careful.

Snack: Carrots, tuna
Lunch: Lean ham, peas
Snack: Banana
Dinner: Orange roughy fillet, steamed cabbage, iced tea w/ splenda

What workshop are you doing?
Back to my normal summer schedule.
It's a local workshop about childhood obesity. I am very nervous over it, have never done anything like this before.
It's going to be really neat, though because they are doing cancer awareness, with the cancer box, and all sorts of nutrition type workshops. It is at our state fairgrounds in another county.
BTW, how was vacation?... Nice to have you back!

Sounds like a good workshop.
I am actually doing it by request of a family member. It is a government funded program that they have in that county. She goes to schools and talks about abstinence, to the students. This program that she works for is hosting the workshops. I don't get anything for doing it. She did say that they would give me a letter stating I participated. I figured it may get some publicity for the gym.
