Today I have a million phone calls to make, and I am teaching step in the morning and may stay for Pilates after that.
Breakfast: blueberry yogurt, wrap
Lunch: butternut squash soup
Dinner: ???

Worked out this morning. Did my trisets for chest, triceps and shoulders but upped the ante to 3 sets each. Also did 30 minutes on the stairclimber. Trained a few clients and am home the rest of the day. I'm doing a website for my PT biz so I'll be working on content for that.
Breakfast: blueberry protein pancakes
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: lean cheeseburger on ww, spinach and asiago grain, something sweet, but don't know what yet
Snack: fruit, cottage cheese
Dinner: I think I may attempt these feta basil sandwiches I saw in Cooking Light. My basil is growing like crazy with all the monsoons we've been having.
Update:
Had dried strawberries w/lunch
Snack: cottage cheese
Dinner: basil and feta wraps (really good! very light and summery), broccoli, pudding, chocolate milk
