Food Update
Breakfast: Low Carb Breakfast Bar, strawberries, coffee
Snack: 1/2 apple w/ pb
Lunch: Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Taboule
Snack: Sliced bell peppers, cucumbers
Dinner: Pinto Beans *** This is going to be the hard part for me, I just don't like them. I may pick up a protein shake on my way out of the gym.
