Exercises you dislike?

Kel's dilemma w/ running made me think of this--are there things you do at the gym that you don't enjoy but keep at it because it's good for you?

i'm in an "anti-workout" mode right now. i don't really want to do any exercise in a gym, at least not any that's available to me. i would want to take bosu classes and other stuff that i don't have access to.
i do have to step it up anyway because i want to get and stay fit for the physical activities i do want to do.
Oh I dread pushups, but I do them because as a blackbelt I should be able to set an example. Plus, I hate the term "girl pushups," so if I expect other females at tkd to do military pushups, then I should be able to do them well too.
I also hate doing tricepts. I was blessed (thank you God) with great tricepts. I don't have to work hard for there to be definition or strength, therefore I feel like I am wasting my time doing them. But I know that I must do them for balancing otherwise I'll end up with an injury like my knee injury when my hams were so much stronger than my quads (typical running injury).
I hate running, but I do it on occasion because it is a way to build endurance and strength.
Other than that, I forgoe anything else that I do not enjoy.

The only thing I think I actively dislike is running. :) But like Jean, I go through phases where I don't enjoy training certain body parts. I think I'm also anti-mindless cardio - like getting on the elliptical for 45 minutes. I'd rather do a step class or a dance video.
I had a really awesome leg workout this morning so even though I don't typically like training lower body, I'm all about legs right now.
You always ask the best questions!
Yoga's one I forgot!
It's funny how different we are.... I love push ups right now... and I like yoga..but it's hard for me because I am not all that flexible, and I do see that it helps me become more flexible. It is also great for upper body strength.
Right now, I am very bored with Pilates. I am sort of anti cardio right now. I like doing things like lifting and definately excited to try to run again this evening. My ankle is better and I think I can try it all over.

Right now I hate doing ab exercises, at least the traditional ones, so I don't do them. I do some in tkd and I have signed up for a yoga for the core class so I figure that will be enough. I can't stand running and I am pretty anti-cardio right now as well. I figure once I get pregnant (if I get pregnant), I will have to start using the cardio machines again so might as well wait until then. I really hate running and only do it in tkd class as the warm up when I am instructed to do so.
For a while I was anti-weight lifting. I felt that my body looked leaner from yoga and tkd. Now I have started doing them again to prepare for pregnancy and I am enjoying it after taking a break. I think I used to take too much time and worried about hitting every body part and I don't do that anymore. 30 mins and two exercises per upper body part (except for chest) and I am done.
