I do take a little extra effort not to just slap it on a plate if I'm going to take a picture, but I also don't take pictures of the stuff I eat directly out of the pan :P I think with food photography there's 2 tricks...lighting and angle...everything looks better at a slight angle in natural light.

How did the Mexican melange turn out?
I'm going to run again today.
I'm doing abs/glutes and then a new hip hop video I got over the weekend.
Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: our weekly trek to Chik-Fil-A, frozen yogurt
Dinner: maybe tuna, sauteed veggies, fruit
I'm gonna put some new tunes on my mp3 player and then do 15 min on the treadmill and then lower body.
Breakfast: banana, coffee, bagel sammich
Lunch: homemade falafel in whole grain pita
Dinner: ???
Snacks: will definitely include chili parmesan popcorn

I didn't invent it, I got the recipe off the WW site. You just take popcorn, and sprinkle with salt, cayenne pepper and parm cheese.
