OK, I am up early for the sillest reason EVER - I've been to Starbucks 3 times this week and the fruit and cheese plates are always sold out by the time I get there at 9am. So today I am on a mission! I am subbing a class called H.O.T. (high octane training) this morning which the regular instructor tells me is like a circuit class so I am going to do a little bit of step to warm up, then 3 stations. There is a large supporting beam in the centre of the room so I am going to loop resistance bands around it (quasi-corepole) and have people do jumps onto BOSU's, a jump rope/skip/whatever cardio station, and one legged ball wall squats.
After that, I have a job interview at a gym. Then lunch with bf. Then in the afternoon we will look at houses.
I am going to Starbucks now but will write more later...

Breakfast - peach, berries, oatmeal
Snack - BBQ
Lunch - Chicken, vegetables
Snack - Turkey and veggies, fruit and veggie salsa
Dinner - Meatballs
Going to console a friend who is splitting from her husband.

On a sadder note, last night I received a phone call from the church to play at a funeral Saturday for the brother of a lady that I have sang with in the choir for many years. Her brother was only 42 and died of a heart attack while playing hockey and leaves behind young children under 10. The lady knows me and another choir member very well and specifically requested us to do the funeral. So today I also have to get the songs for that all figured out.
Breakfast: FRUIT & CHEESE PLATE, coffee
every other meal: no frickin' clue

I didn't even know Starbucks had a fruit and cheese plate! (But then, I rarely go to Starbucks so this is not terribly surprising.)
I'm a little shell-shocked this morning, but otherwise okay. I'm going to be doing a new cardio boxing video that I got last weekend. No weight training today and I'm glad because my body feels pretty battered right now.
Food is up in the air. Will have to update later.
It must be one heck of a fruit and cheese platter! That class sounds like fun--something I'd love to take.
That's so sad, too.
