OK, I am up early for the sillest reason EVER - I've been to Starbucks 3 times this week and the fruit and cheese plates are always sold out by the time I get there at 9am. So today I am on a mission! I am subbing a class called H.O.T. (high octane training) this morning which the regular instructor tells me is like a circuit class so I am going to do a little bit of step to warm up, then 3 stations. There is a large supporting beam in the centre of the room so I am going to loop resistance bands around it (quasi-corepole) and have people do jumps onto BOSU's, a jump rope/skip/whatever cardio station, and one legged ball wall squats.

After that, I have a job interview at a gym. Then lunch with bf. Then in the afternoon we will look at houses.

I am going to Starbucks now but will write more later...

Good Afternoon Ladies..
Lets see finished my workout for the day...got a bit of a late start..i hate that..anyway..food for today looks like this

Meal 1- 1/2 cup oats,one egg,one scoop protein, one tbsp PB..thats all together..it taste like a reese cup...lol
Meal 2-4 egg whites scrambled whole wheat bread
Meal 3-Protein Shake..after workout
Meal 4- 4 cups salad,2ozs tuna,onion,1 tbsp flaxseed
Meal 5-same as Meal 1
Meal 6-6ozs fish,salad,2 cups veggies..small potatoes

Water- atleast 100ozs..

Snack: white nectarine, black pepper cashews, frozen grapes
Lunch: bbq chicken pizza, greek salad
Dinner: pan fried pork chops, brown rice, salad

Oh, and I fell off the step today at the gym. I also didn't wear my orthotics for the first time since I got them...coincidence or not? I think not.

When you only have 3 circuits, how do you arrange the class?

I walk through the class and number them 1, 2, or 3. Then I yell STATIONS! and they go to the right station and we rotate through the three. Each station lasts about 3 minutes or so.

So they do the three for about 9 minutes total and then you work together for something?

cardio: 5-8 min
3 stations: 10 min
abs: 5 min
stretch: 10 min
