It's not anywhere near me, but I've been keeping an eye on Katrina. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the poor souls in her path.
I haven't been up that long, but normally at this time I'd be on my way to the gym so it's a little weird to be home. I'm doing chest/shoulders/triceps + a cardio video this morning. DH and I have to run to Home Depot because when we came home on Saturday night, our key got stuck in the front door and we can't get it out. This happened once before but we were able to get it out. We've decided it's broken and needs to be replaced. I have an in-home client this afternoon.
Don't know about food either. Will have to update as well.
We're having our roof replaced today so there is a huge racket overhead. My mom and I are going to the CNE http://mmi.theex.com/ today so no gym - just walking.
Brunch: Vietnamese food No idea on anything else.

Good Morning Ladies.. Today i ran 5.30 miles at the lake and i'm getting ready to lift weights. Today is Chest/Tri/Abs Day.. Meal 1- oats,PB,egg,1 scoop protein mixed together and coffee Meal 2-4 egg whites Meal 3- Protein Shake-after weights Meal 4- Salad,salmon Meal 5-same as Meal 1 Meal 6-salad,grilled chicken breast,veggies

Okay, figured out my food:
Breakfast: TJ's 10+10 cereal, skim milk
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: Taco del Mar burrito bowl, frozen yogurtj
Snack: might not be hungry but if I am, I'll probably do a detour bar
Dinner: chile relleno casserole, broccoli, protein pudding
I just remembered that I can't do sports conditioning tonight.:-(
