Since we always talk about how you have to find what's fun for you--if you had unlimited time and resources to devote to working out AND it didn't matter what you have to do (like you don't have to weight train or hop on the elliptical or do yoga), so it was all strictly for fun, what would you do?
I would do DCAC type workouts.

This is obvious...I would do tkd drills and exercises. I would also cross-train with weights, yoga (a new found love of mine), and hiking. I don't get to hike anymore because of where I live, but this is a dream world right? so I have hiking trails in my backyard again.
