I'm up early today because someone called DH's cell phone by accident and then neither of us could go back to sleep. I'm doing back/biceps today along with a video. I have two clients today.
Breakfast: peanut butter banana wrap
Snack: protein shake
Will have to update the rest.... *yawn*

Have you talked to the doctor to make sure that's all it is?
No, I haven't mentioned it specifically. I did tell him that I felt discomfort when doing jumping jacks in my outer thighs and he said... "Don't do jumping jacks". :P He did go on to say that when I feel pain during exericse, it's my body telling me that I'm not ready for that activity yet. I'm sure I just pushed it too hard earlier this week.
Yes... I agree with you on the parent thing. I try not to make too many judgements or statements about parenting because I don't know the first thing about parenting BUT people just seem to let their kids run wild these days. It's terrible. My nieces are so well behaved so I suppose other kids have a lot to live up to (my BIL is also a very good parent).
That sounds like the joke--"Doc, it hurts when I do xxx." "Well, then don't do xxx." Not to laugh at what you're going through...
I can't stand parents like that. I understand the pillow on the couch thing...pick your battles. But when my kids (who are the worlds craziest kids)start bothering other people, that is where I draw the line. I can't believe she left it up to you to make sure her child didn't walk out the door. She should have stopped what she was doing and moved the child for you. I don't like other peoples kids, just my own. I am scared of children that I am not allowed to discipline :P

LOL..me too Paula...an aunt of mine has a couple of kids and i hate to even see them coming..she thinks they do no wrong..

I know its late in the day, but I have 'fess up to a naughty food day. ;-)
I taught HIIT this morning (and just about died I had to work them so hard). Trained a client at work then retrieved # 1 Son to spend the afternoon driving all over for all my crazy organic, vegan groceries. As a result I had some tasty (read: junk-y) treats through the day. (I'll include that things are organic & vegan repeatedly to allay any guilt I may feel for eating so poorly. :-P)
Breakfast: 1/2 'carrot cake' Clif bar; hot lemon water; coffee w/ Silk
Lunch: (none really - munched on the run)1/2 Cliff bar; organic, vegan jumbo double choc. cookie (they have a new cookie for me to try almost every week); ww organic, vegan cinnamon rolls; Terra Kettle chips w/ Toffutti french onion 'cream cheese'
Supper: Tofurkey sandwich (organic vegan ww bread, romaine lettuce, garden fresh tomato); steamed fresh organic green beans; hot lemon water
More snacks: another cinnamon roll; carrots w/ roasted garlic hummus; Propel
