Think of how much gas we could save if people worked 4 10 hour days a week.

I trained a client this morning and then I have a meeting with an advertising lady this morning too. I'm having lunch with a former client who is turning into a hanging-out friend, I think.

No workout today. I'm exhausted and my side hurts. Today is my cardio-only day and I decided to forgo it in favor of resting. I usually take Sat. and Sun off as well so that's three days to rest it. Hopefully, that's enough. I think I overdid it with my own workouts this week and then I overdid it with a couple of clients last night. I was at a client's house until late and then when I went to sleep, I just couldn't get my brain to shut off. I don't think I got more than 3 or 4 hours sleep.

One of the things that I'm thinking about is that I'm probably going to sue the gym for my paychecks. I consulted with our lawyer and I think I can get enough people to do a class action suit. I've got a call in to my former boss to find out if there's any news on paychecks before I go ahead with the suit. That's a bit stressful.

No big plans this weekend. I was intending to paint our office tomorrow but don't know that I will because of trying to rest my side. DH offered to paint it and I don't know if I'll let him do the whole thing. He's had to do a lot around the house this week and I might just feel too guilty. We're going to his aunt's house on Monday for a family BBQ. Tomorrow night, we're going out to dinner and a movie with our neighbors.

No clue on food. I'll update later. Or maybe not. :P

I was thinking about you last night and your workout dilema. Have you tried a jogging stroller? I had one with dd. I didn't like it at first, but it allowed me to workout and be with dd. Once I got used to it I was running everywhere. Just a thought.

Taught Step, then weight lifting earlier. Teach Power (barbell class) tomorrow & Sun, gonna do the boss' class after one of these and spend Mon. giving my poor, overworked muscles a much needed day off. Other than that I'm going to study, watch videos, drink some beer and eat too much.

Breakfast: ww cinnamon roll; hot lemon water; hazelnut coffee w/ van. Silk

Lunch: Tofurkey, lettuce, tomato & ww bread sandwich; Propel

Supper: the salad I mentioned yesterday (I had the sandwich & steamed beans w/ almonds, but not salad); spinach wilted/sauteed in olive oil; roasted blue potatoes; bottle of local amber ale

Snacks: carrots & hummus; ww toast w/ PB; popcorn
