I've never had any guys come up and touch me at the gym!

Yuck, Millcreek. That would bother me too. That seems like an appropriate gesture IF you're already friends and even then it's questionable.

LOL about the "outfits." I haven't been to a coed gym in quite a while so I miss things like that. Although, being in a women's only gym, I did get to see gems like the spandex leotard that goes up the butt. :P

I'm just doing cardio today. Today is usually ab/glute day but I have suspended them for now to let my stomach heal and I added my glutes onto leg day yesterday. I have nothing booked today except I'm going to clean the house so it's nice to come home to after our trip. Also, one of the trainers is organizing a group of us to go down to the owner's office with a police escort to ask for our paychecks so that may happen today. Today is usually the day DH and I have lunch together, but he's got a few things going on that may not happen.

Breakfast: Kashi w/milk

Snack: protein shake

I'll have to update later...

Yes, I did. :) I think what happened is that you have your ladies who used to work out with Jane Fonda in the 80's when that sort of outfit was typical. They had a period of about 15-20 years with no workouts BUT they saved their metallic thongy leotards. When they got back into it again, they pulled out their old workout gear... :P

I meant to set my alarm for 5:15 - normally I snooze until 5:30 or so and leave the house at 6. But I had a brain fart last night and set it for 5:45...so after I looked at the clock after 3 rounds of snooze, it was 6:06...CLASS IS AT 6:15!!! So I lay there debating whether or not to go for about 5 seconds, decided to go, opened my eyes, and hit the ground running. The gym is on the other side of town and by some miracle I hit all green lights while driving so I was only about 3 minutes late.

anyways, I did step and then an hour of upper body - shoulders mainly.

Breakfast: coffee, smoked salmon bagel, kefir with blueberries. Has anyone had kefir? I bought it thinking it was like yogurt but it's more like drinkable yogurt. It's "effervescent" apparently because of the bacteria. I'm not sure if I like it yet.

Lunch & dinner undecided.

I start ANOTHER new piano teaching job this afternoon.

Subbed for the city this morning (two circuit training classes in a weight room). Have a straight up cardio class tonight.

I am sooooooooooooooo tired. Have been for over a month now and my period seems to going out of whack too. I'm being extra careful to make sure I get sufficient B12 and iron, since its easy for vegans to get deficient in these. Can't think of anything else to do about it. Gonna force myself to lie down and veg for awhile this afternoon.

Breakfast: Clif bar in the car

Lunch: crushed wheat toast topped w/ almond butter and flax seeds; organic strawberry-banana juice

Supper: hmm...no clue, maybe an Amy's rice & bean burrito or Tofurkey, lettuce & tomato sandwich if I'm too tired to cook for myself; otherwise kale & brown rice; strawberry-banana juice

Snack: bakery granola bars; Propel; popcorn or toast; carrots
