I am doing boot camp this morning then I only have 2 piano lessons (old students) Ahh, some familiarity. I have some portobello mushrooms in the fridge. I would like to do some kind of mushroom sauce (non-tomato based) for lunch with pasta. Anyone have a good recipe?

I have two clients this morning and am also doing back/biceps and cardio. We're having our "employee parade" with a police escort down to the owner's office today to try to get our checks and I'm training a couple tonight.
Guys, I'm tired and can't wait to leave town tomorrow... I'm so sick of all this stress.
Will have to update food. Don't know and don't care right now.
today is the official kickoff of my "get back into shape fall extravaganza" - if i get any fatter i'm not going to fit into my clothes and i'm not buying more clothes.
