I have to be out west (where I work by 11:30 and I didn't feel like getting up early, so yesterday I did extra at the gym. Going to look at houses with bf and then teach piano.
I did 30 min arctrainer, chest, back. I am feeling pain in my crotch (sorry tmi) so I may not go to tkd. I really want to go, but I don't think I can unless I start to feel better.
I am trying to potty train ds, but he is scared to poo, even in his diaper. He holds it until it just comes. Poor guy! So I've been doing a lot of squatting to get him undressed and on the potty.
Food: lean pocket ham on ww, peach starbursts (potty incentive candy...couldn't resist) Not sure when or what I'll eat for dinner. dd has a teeball game
No. I know I should though. It can't be my diet. I've do have bouts of anemia occasionally, but I've brought my iron levels up & have no other symptoms of it. It's probably the SLE acting up or even depression manifesting itself differently than usual which the Dr. can't do much about, except to tell me to rest and make sure I eat enough. I have to consider the possiblity of it being related to my heart (or cancer), but (and I KNOW how stupid this sounds) don't want to feel like a Drama Queen/hypochondriac.
