Sorry to hear about your day Millcreek! I hope you can get some rest soon.

I did shoulders/chest/triceps this morning along with a dance video. I'm leaving shortly to get my mop chopped off and colored - I think I'm going to be brave and do something really different. My hair has been bugging me for weeks so I'm glad to be doing something about it. I have one client this afternoon.

There's been a development in the gym situation, but I will post about it later.

Breakfast: protein pancakes w/blueberries, syrup

Snack: detour bar

Lunch: burrito w/chicken and peppers, cottage cheese

Snack/Dinner: no idea

I did 20 min on eliptical before I got bored, then I did arms. I was having contractions last night, so maybe the doc will have good news for me this afternoon.

Bad news! I am 3 centimeters 50% effaced, baby is engaged, and I tested positive for the group b strep. It is a full moon this weekend, I am wanting the baby to grow at least one more week before he comes out. Besides, I still don't have a name for him. I am really nervous about the group b, I didn't have this with the other two. They say it is a big killer of newborns, but then they say its okay if you get the antibiotics...what tha...

I've known people w/ group B strep who had babies and they were fine.

It's only harmful to newborns if it's not detected before birth.
