I slept in today to make up for my zombie-ness yesterday. When I got up, I finished my spin cd for tomorrow's class. Tonight I teach piano and then boot camp again (yell yell yell)
Breakfast: none, was sleeping Lunch: veggie soup, veggie booty, carrots & celery w/tzaziki Dinner: mashed cauli, BBQ chicken breast
No tkd, no nothing, I am in so much pain that I think I will throw up anytime. I was just sitting on the floor and when I stood up I think the baby dropped even more. OMG! Good thing I am going to doc today, maybe she'll have some advice for relief.
Food: eggs, ww toast spaghetti depends if the tylenol actually kicks in and does anything.

Snack: protein shake
Lunch: chile relleno casserole, cottage cheese
Snack: string cheese and something else
Dinner: chicken burrito, broccoli, protein pudding
