Well, sort of, except that your shoulders are completely rotated forward (like when you do shoulder rolls) and the ending position is a goalpost (weights should be next to your head, but not above). The key to this exercise is to control the shoulder rotation and not let yourself get sloppy.

When you lie on the BOSU (flat side up, I'm guessing) what do you do with your legs? Do a bridge with your back?
