I'm going to do a full body workout today.
I'm subbing spin for the first time this morning! Then I have lunch with bf and then teach piano.
Breakfast: smoked salmon bagel, blueberry yogurt
Lunch: portobello mushroom with WW pasta
Dinner: steamed pork

I didn't know you were a coffee drinker! I thought it was just me and Jen.
I just read about a back exercise I've never heard of before (in Shape)--it's the bent-over one-arm cable press back.
We need video or graphics.

Last time I did it by myself, I did it in an hour and 23 minutes. Today I did it in an hour and 15 minutes AND I had a short conversation when I ran into someone I knew on the trail. I actually ran the last half mile or so - granted, I didn't go very fast and it's mostly downhill with a few ups, but it actually felt good to run and I wasn't ready to die when I finished.
I saw a lady who started about the same time I did and she apparently ran the whole thing. When I was nearing the last stretch, I saw her coming my direction so she was going out AGAIN. And she smelled good! How do people do that? :P
DH and I are going to yoga class later this morning. I'll post an update about how it went. I don't think I'll be posting food either as we'll probably do our cheat meal tonight. DH and I have our wedding anniversary in June, but we also celebrate the first weekend we met and that's this weekend. Tomorrow marks 11 years of torturing each other. :)
