looks like fun. i love the desert.
i should get a wwgrd award today. i forgot my sports bra but took spinning anyway. not only did i have to deal with less than ideal support, now i'm sitting here in my office with a wet bra.
food- breakfast tofu wrap, potatos, coffee, black bean burger wrap, smoothie, probably take out for dinner.
Occasional I have cup from Tim's during the week too, and grind some organic fair trade stuff to brew for DH and myself most weekends on either Sat. or Sun. (seldom both).
I am pretty much a diehard tea drinker though (not that anyone can tell by my journal postings). Have been since I was a kid - pretty natch for someone half English/half Irish I guess.
I got out the door bright and early to go do someone else's classes. I did 'Group Step' first (I told a staff member who's just taken up Step and asked if I'd help her figure out some of the moves they do in this class that I would), then Centergy (Body Flow was better). After that I taught my yoga-Pilates fusion class.
Breakfast: organic apple cinnamon oatmeal
Lunch: Mexican Tofurkey Wrap (onion, bell pepper, chunky salsa, Tofurkey, vegan nacho cheese in a ww wrap); PB-choc. chip cookie
Supper: Millcreek's green beans; brown & wild rice/veggie pilaf; homemade triple berry pie (relatively guilt free w/ next to no sugar & a ww crust) w/ soy 'ice cream'; glass of wine
Snacks: glazed cinnamon roll; coffee; tortilla chips & salsa (guacamole instead if I'm not to lazy to make some after making pie); tea
