I did something weird to my Achilles tendon on Saturday, it has been hurting since yesterday morning. Thing is, this is what I did all day Saturday:

- drove to work
- taught piano (sitting)
- drove home
- bought groceries
- went for a walk with bf (skipped like a little girl for a bit)

so it seems to me that the only possibility was the skipping! I have iced it and have it wrapped up..i HAVE to go to the gym today, I haven't been since Friday.

Breakfast: smoked salmon bagel, blueberry yogurt
Lunch: roasted veggies - and something else
Dinner: steamed fish with cilantro

Do you normally where heels and then suddenly wore flat or tennis shoes?

I always wear flats or platforms...it's my left ankle and I'm not one of those weird people who drive with their left feet.

I will try that exercise!

Then I have no idea what could have caused your injury.

In addition to Millcreek's exercise, you could stretch it, too.

I did my hike again this morning. Got to watch the sun rise up on the mountain. It was beautiful. I also did a little more running on my hike and decided I need new trail runners. I think my shoes have just about had it. I have one client this afternoon and that's about it. Need to stop by the grocery store too.

Breakfast: peanut butter and jelly wrap

Snack: soy protein shake

Lunch: spicy tuna wrap, veggies?

Snack: apple and peanut butter

Dinner: DH is going to attempt some sort of chicken curry thing

Taught Seniors this morning; teach weight training tonight; probably take the dog and/or cat for a walk(s). Otherwise I'll take care of some domestic drudgery.

Lunch: toasted tomato sandwich w/ a little veganaise; hot & sour soup; soy chai

Supper: Millcreek's green beans; brown & wild rice/veggie/almond pilaf

Snacks: Triple Berry pie w/ vanilla soy 'ice cream'; popcorn; probably make some banana bread; green tea
