I'm doing kickboxing class today, maybe some lifting.

Lunch: roasted yellow zucchini, beets, eggplant; whole wheat mac & cheese

I did chest & back at the gym, and also did 30 min on the elliptical.

No gym for me today because I wanted to save my body for tkd. I did go to tkd and had a blast!

I can't get motivated to do anything, I feel so lazy. This is such a weird feeling for me because usually I have a ton of energy. I just want to lay around and do nothing.

Food:
honey bunches of oats
pb on ww, peach
haystacks
grapes
balsamic porkchops, grapes, couscous (first experience with couscous=YUCK)

Could it be like tendonitis from the piano peddles? I don't have any idea how to play piano, but it was just a thought. Hope you feel better!
