I did 30 min arctrainer, chest, and back this morning. I did knocked up woman's yoga video this afternoon. Dd had her last teeball game tonight, so no tkd. Dd's (and dh's) team ended up winning and they are the league champions. They did so good and were so excited about their trophies...including dh :P

It hurt a LOT during spin yesterday. I had a WWGRD moment - it was really quite painful during the standing parts and instead of leaving the class, I popped an extra-strength Tylenol and kept going. I haven't done step or lower body this week and I've been icing it...seems to be getting a little better but it's slow.
