My Achilles is still pretty sore, so I'm going to do the minimal amount of cardio, just 10 min on the treadmill walking to warm up, and then hit the weights. I teach 1 piano lesson this afternoon, basically a relaxing day. Hmmm, maybe I should go get my brows waxed or my toenails done now that I have some money again.
I was planning on doing chest/shoulders/triceps today, but I think I'm going to push it back. I feel pretty sore today. We did a Yoga Flow class yesterday and it was TOUGH! My afternoon client cancelled so I just have my evening clients.
DH has returned from his Chick-Fil-A pilgramage and he is napping now. He says he had a good time and returned with an additional 52 chicken sandwich meal coupons.
Breakfast: burrito w/egg, egg beaters, soy cheese, green and red pepper, fake sausage, salsa
Snack: soy protein shake
Lunch/Snack/Dinner: if I remember, I will update - I have to get to the store
GAH!! I saw these 2 women, walking on the treadmill at ridiculously slow speeds, and both of them were leaning HEAVILY on the rails, one even had her entire forearm resting on the rail and her body turned so she was facing her friend. And this woman..get this...was wearing sequined jeans.
I did 30 min on arctrainer and arms. I can't go to tkd tonight because dh has to work late. Dd says she wants to go to tkd, I am so excited that I am going to take her tonight. I hope she likes it better now.
I've dialated another centimeter, not that it really matters. I scheduled my induction for next friday (my due date). Doc doesn't think I'll make it another week, but I have no doubt.
