I have 2 doctor's appointments this morning - the shrink, and the eye doctor. The eye doc is supposed to dilate my eyeballs so I will drive home carefully and go to the gym in the afternoon. My achilles is a LOT better, I will try 10 min treadmill warmup, 20 on the elliptical, and lower body weights.

As I said on Friday, I went to Niagara Falls this weekend with bf - http://flickr.com/photos/zorbs/sets/1058663/ While there, we ate a bit of junk food, played at the casino, and inhaled a LOT of second hand smoke, ugh. The town basically caters to the average American tourist, which means there was not a heck of a lot of healthy food to be found, and the smoking problem. All the silly touristy stuff is on one street called Clifton Hill (at least a 10% incline) and most people were overweight and walking SOOOOOOOOO slow. It was pretty sad. But I did have fun.

Breakfast: whole grain toast w/butter & Marmite, fat free chicken, alpine lace, salad mix rollup, blueberry yogurt
Lunch: organic mushroom risotto (from a box)
Dinner: ???

Ah... poor Jean! I take it you were able to get some sleep? I hate being up in the middle of the night for no good reason.

I have two clients today. I'll be working chest/shoulders/triceps today - 'specially since I skipped this last week because I was just plain TIRED. I may or may not do some cardio. Haven't decided yet.

Breakfast: peanut butter and jelly wrap

Snack: soy protein shake

Lunch: chicken burrito, dried cranberries

Snack: carrots and hummus

Dinner: hamburger w/soy cheese, green beans, ?

Hmmm... ((((Sol muses aloud as she sits having just consumed 1/2 lb. of organic baby carrots dipped in roasted garlic hummus)))) ... I wonder where she got the idea for such a tasty snack?

Three classes to teach and a lot of running around. I sympathize w/ the lack of sleep. Eventually I'll get some, but until then I'll just pretend. ;-)

Breakfast: Clif Bar; soy latte

Lunch: baby carrots w/ roasted garlic hummus

Supper: chana masala w/ basmati rice

Snacks: more carrots & hummus? (I'm probably turning orange as we speak & I know I've got garlic essence oozing from my pores - lovely); soy chai latte; maybe some hickory smoked Tofurkey, lettuce & tomato on a multigrain ciabatta w/ veganaise

It's addictive, isn't it?

I'm stuck on that and apples and peanut butter.
