I just got back from the gym where I tried to do step - made it about 15 min before that darn Achilles started acting up - left and did 20 min of elliptical and came back to do abs with the class. Then I did legs. I'm going to look at 3 houses with bf this afternoon and then teach piano.
Pre-gym: Amy's brown rice bowl with added veggies & miso tofu Post-gym: coffee & fruit & cheese plate Lunch & Dinner: no idea yet
I have a client this morning and then DH and I are going to the yoga class from hell (I say that with fondness - I promise!). I moved things around a bit this week so I'm not doing any other exercise today besides that (last week I did legs on the same day as yoga). I want to see if I have more energy and stamina.
My print advertising came out Monday and I got one email from a lady last night. Keep your fingers crossed that it works out.
Breakfast: kashi w/soy milk
Snack: soy protein shake
Lunch: hamburger w/soy cheese, sauteed peppers
Snack: apple and ?
Dinner: either tofu w/dipping sauce or curry chicken, dried cranberries
I went for a walk around the block with dh and the kids. It was nice and slow, but it felt good to be moving (mainly so I can get other things moving, kwim).
Food: since I can't workout, I want to focus on portion control and getting in the good stuff. oatmeal, donut (usually I eat two donuts, but I only ate one and made sure I left a bite uneaten oatmeal cookies mcdonalds grilled chicken cesar salad (getting things moving) banana rest of the day is up in the air, up to dh
It is hard with three only because my 2 year old is so jealous and he is acting up. He is normally a calm child, but he is really sad and really starved for attention. I'm trying to give it to him, not ignore my 4 year old, and try to take care of the baby. It is hard, but I don't think impossible.
My milk is in, and nursing is going well. Now if he can just get his days and nights right we will be okay :)

There's an irony in that you decided you don't care about looking good and stopped dressing like that and then get hit on!
That bean, brown rice, avocado wrap sounds really good.
I've never heard of a webinar, that is funny.

Jean,
