New Eating Plan (grr)

So for a couple weeks I've been doing a new eating plan suggested by my trainer at Krav Maga. He's been after me a long time about my eating and how it may relate to my easy bruising (though I'm convinced the bruising has to do with meds I take). Anyway, one night I got frustrated and said "OK fine, set up a plan for me, I'll do it for a while and we'll see what happens." So I guess now I have to do it.

The plan involves no pasta or rice, which I normally eat every day. Currently, my body is not missing them, but emotionally I think I am. Usually when I have a bad morning with my son or whatever, I make pasta for lunch, it's like my comfort. Now, I can't do that and it's harder. Sometimes I just try to do some crunches or pushups to work aggression out, but, well, I miss my spaghetti.

I need to go to the store and get some spaghetti squash and try to make that instead. Maybe that would help.

Well, the burning went away during class last night and never came back, at least so far. And I ended up pulling a hamstring muscle on my other leg in that same class (fabulous). Guess I'll be resting up for the next few days anyway. Grr.
