I'm not! I have three clients today. One of them is new and I'm hoping she'll buy a lot of sessions with me.

My workouts this week are going to be kind of funky. I don't think I can hike or run just yet with my cheese-shredded leg. I am planning on working out at my mom's this week (probably Thursday) and I'm excited because her apartment complex has a really nice gym. I think today I will probably do a full body workout here at home and tomorrow I'll do cardio here at home.

Breakfast: Kashi w/milk

Snack: protein shake

Lunch: grilled chicken salad, protein pudding

Snack: baby carrots and hummus OR apple and peanut butter

Dinner: tofu w/peanut sauce

Btw, for anyone that is interested, my dairy experiment is over. I did not feel any different nor did I lose any weight. What did happen is that I discovered some alternate sources of protein and expanded the foods that I eat. Mission accomplished. :)

Its Thanksgiving weekend up here, so I'm on the last of THREE! glorious days off (currently teaching 16-20 classes/week, so I needed this). I spent Day 1 doing housework/errands. Had Thanksgiving yesterday so spent the entire day cooking (then eating). Today I'm going to do some laundry, bone up on some stuff for the nutrition class I'm teaching Wed. night and make Millcreek's pumpkin soup recipe & some bread to have w/ it (no leftovers from yesterday's feast other than pumpkin pie and jumble berry pie - which I'm trying to avoid having for breakfast although lunch is only an hour away). I'm in slacker heaven right now.

This is the 3rd day off for me as well - on Saturday my mom and I went to see Les Miserables and then went to dinner at Benihana. Also, great news: my bf made an offer on a house and it was ACCEPTED!!!!!!!! woohoo!!!

Sunday: church, window shopping for home reno stuff, gym (did 20 min elliptical and lower body)

Monday: just got up (hehe) going to gym with bf to do upper body, then we are going to go eat junky chinese food.

Here's pics of the house:

Yes, that is a cedar closet. I am very excited about having that room to store my piles and piles of clothing.

Since I posted about the post 10 miler bagels, I've been craving them so much and made up for it today!

breakfast: half raisin bagel w/ cream cheese, fake sausage, few bites of nectarine, coffee

lunch: veg-out sesame bagel, cucumber salad, pickle, doritos, chocolate covered cashews

dinner: I'm so full I can't think of it now--maybe a salad. I'm going to sports conditioning tonight.

Jean,
