I spent hours yesterday sawing that tree branch that fell!

This morning I'm doing spin, then lunch with bf, then I have to kiss my boss' butt over some crap that happened last weekend when I was away that was not my fault at all but I have to answer to. Piano teaching till 8:30.
Breakfast: PB pita, banana, blueberry yogurt
Lunch: salad, ww spaghetti w/crumbled tofu
Dinner: ???
Snack: musli lavash, brie, apple
Okay, TWO of you are having banana w/peanut butter today. Can I take credit for this one too? :)
I am doing cardio today since I ended up doing strength training yesterday. I'm a little agitated this morning that the scale actually went UP given that I ate practically a truckload of vegetables yesterday. *sigh* DH says it's probably water/fiber and perhaps it is, but it's still aggravating. I have a client this morning and then a client this evening.
Breakfast: peanut butter and banana wrap
Lunch: turkey wrap w/laughing cow cheese and tomatoes, apple and peanut butter
Snack: carrots and hummus
Dinner: DH is making a roasted tomato soup, cottage cheese, protein pudding
Thank goodness yesterday's done. I taught 5 classes yesterday (had a sixth one covered as I was worried I might be 5-10 min. late) and now having 3 today seems like a breeze. I've got Mindful Movement, then weight training, finally KB.
Breakfast: Bran Buds w/ vanilla Silk; tea
Meal 2: probably Greek salad
Meal 3: the above salad if I didn't have it, otherwise a pizza rollup (ww tortilla, Italian Tofurkey, pasta sauce, veggies, soy mozza); juice
Supper: no clue
Snacks: fresh fruit; sesame-blue corn tortilla chips w/ salsa; carrots w/ hummus

Good afternoon, everyone! I can't believe it is afternoon already. I subbed a body sculpting class today and then stayed for most of the step class afterwards. Had to do it on just the platform because the music was so fast, it sounded like the chipmunks. The gym actually sprang for 10 new steps. What a mess the old ones were. They are also starting spin classes next week. I am not sure what I think about spin yet.
Jean, I know what you mean about the weekly responsibility of teaching classes. I always dread being tied down to it every time I take on classes again, but then I love teaching. I guess I can't have it both ways. I like to be free to see my kids who live out of state, but when I am home, I am lost without having something to do. Teaching is still in my blood. I don't know how I am going to take permenant retirement.
I am not sure what I will be eating the rest of the day. Sometimes I have to go with how I feel.
So far...
Before class...decaf tea with ff milk, homemade ff Kashi hi fiber muffin. Recipe is on the Kashi Too Good Friends box.
After class....egg substitute omelet with pepper and Canadian bacon, unsweetened applesauce, decaf green tea. Water!

I'm home today because my job messed up my paycheck and refuses to fix it until the next pay cycle IN TWO WEEKS!
treadmill today, with som jumprope.
Had pb with/banana andground flax on ezekiel bread for breakfast. For some reason I'm having a really hard time eating cereal at 3 am...
lunch - the chef at work had made veggie pizzas, and I didn't get done today til 12:15 (I start at 4:30 am) so I was STARVING. Had the pizza - 8" french bread, with lots of veggies - zukes, artichokes, carmelized onion, peppers, tomato sauce, only a little cheese
snack- fruit salad
haven't had dinner yet
Will be making veg chocolate ice cream with a cherry ribbon tonight, but I will be taking it in to work so I won't eat too much...
*lol* make that three....
I finally learned to slice the banana lengthwise though, so the pieces don't fall out while I'm eating (as I'm driving at 4).
