I'm headed to the gym shortly to work legs and do a half hour on the elliptical. I have some nutrition stuff I need to do for my clients this morning and then I've got two clients back-to-back this afternoon.

Weekend was good. We watched Million Dollar Baby (pretty good), The Ring 2 (pretty boring), and A Very Long Engagement (very interesting French movie). We thoroughly enjoyed our chili and chocolate chip cookie day. :)

Breakfast: scrambled eggs and cheese

Snack: protein shake

Lunch: small bowl of chili, ?

Snack: apple and peanut butter

Dinner: not sure - will update if I remember

it's hard to resist 14 free toppings!

i REALLY have to exercise more, i know i've been saying that for a while. i have a new plan, i'm going to go to the gym and do SOMETHING, even if i don't want to do what i SHOULD do (i.e. spinning, weight lifting). i figure once i get back in the habit of going it'll be easier to do the hard stuff. plus, the stuff i choose to do because it's "easier" usually turns out to be a lot harder than i thought it'd be. last week when i was just "fooling around" with hand weights and the bosu, i was actually really sore the next day.

so today i'm going to go to the gym at lunch and do something, don't know what. then i teach cardio kickboxing tonight.

food-
breakfast: 2 flax/ww waffles, coffee
lunch: tofu stirfry w/ brown rice, smoothie
night-time: spaghetti squash, apple w/ peanut butter, maybe some grilled veggies

I had a VERY bad experience with liver when I was about 10 years old. I ate some and then was riding in a full car in the backseat middle. It was really warm and sunny so I asked the person next to me to open the window. He opened it the tiniest crack. Without the fresh air, I hurled liver all over his pants. I have not eaten liver since.

Anyways...today I do loads of laundry and I have to go to the bank. I got up at 10:30 and will go to the gym and do elliptical and bicep/tricep/abs.

Breakfast: toast w/butter and marmite, veggie omelet
Lunch: veggies & honey mustard dip, butternut squash soup
Dinner: ???
Snack: rosemary potato chips, lavash & brie

You are a braver woman than I, Millcreek. If someone told me that my butt would disappear if I ate liver, that would just be too bad. :P

Had to work today (usually it's one of my "weekend" days); made 700-some sandwich cookies with the other gal. Whew! Got the grocery shopping done too, so at least I won't need to worry about that during the week.

breakfast: pb & apricot all fruit on Ezekiel bread

lunch: 7 hours later, ack! sandwich - ww bread with two thin slices of cheddar, 1/4 of an avocado, and a cup of potato-spinach soup

snack: Bolthouse perfectly protein chai drink

dinner: will be pumpkin black bean soup, probably the last of it
