I know it's early, but I don't know when I'll be on again.
Breakfast - chicken wrap (lettuce, chicken, lots of veggies)
AM Snack - coffee, chicken
Lunch - Fish, green beans
PM Snack - Green Drink

I'm stuck inside the house still while they fix the drywall.
Gym: spinning
Life: lunch with bf at Whole Foods, piano teaching
Breakfast: veggie omelet, toast with butter & marmite, apple
Lunch: Whole Foods stuff
Dinner: ???
I'm waiting for my breakfast to digest and then I'm headed to the gym to do back/biceps and a half hour on the elliptical. I have two clients this evening and I have some organizing that I want to do today.
Breakfast: scrambled eggs w/cheese
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: spiced lentils, cottage cheese
Snack/Dinner: (my food timing will get mucked up today because i have am booked from 4:30 until close to 8) cheeseburger on whole wheat, carrots and hummus, tofu chocolate pudding
