My bf got an offer for his house at 335 earlier this week. He originally deemed it too low and counteroffered at 338 (he wants 340 for the house) Now he's had a change of heart, wants to get this house moving crap OVER WITH, so he re-counteroffered at 335. The only thing is these people want the appliances and he will NOT budge on that point. So we are waiting for the response today. Please please PLEASE think good thoughts! We really need for his house to be sold or else we risk losing the one that we successfully offered on earlier this month.
My gym hired outside contractors to be personal trainers and got rid of all but two PTs, except for one location. The new group is having a free fat loss talk today. I'm thinking of going just to hear what they have to say.
He got high end appliances super cheap when he bought the house new 2.5 years ago. So by selling the house already at a low price AND throwing in the appliances, he would be out a lot of money.

Breakfast: Kashi w/milk
Snack: soy protein shake
Lunch: tuna, carrots & hummus
Snack: cottage cheese or apple & pb
Dinner: spinach and parmesan fallen souffle, chocolate tofu pudding
