I am not thin by today's standards and I don't think I ever will be. That being said I do think that I am fit most of the time and that is the way I prefer myself. I like my curves even if they are not considered thin. I like having muscles and being able to kick butt because I have some extra weight to put behind my kicks. I may carry a little bit of extra fat in certain areas but that is ok as long as I am fit. I would never trade being fit for being thin. I would hate to feel weak. I feel like I could break the current crop of teen "stars" like Lindsay Lohan, Hillary Duff and Nicole Ritchie in two and I like it.

P.S. This reminds of something that came across my desk today. The Dove campaign showing real beauty in women of all shapes, size, colours, etc. , is coming here today to look for women for their new campaign. A friend of mine suggested that I should go audition. I am really toying with the idea and haven't decided what to do.

That's a good question--would you rather be fitter or thinner?
