If your favorite restaurant were to make a sandwich named after you, what would 1) a fun one be, 2) a healthy one?

I'll probably change my mind after reading some of yours but...

FUN JEAN: a pizza-like panini w/ lots of fresh herbs and cheese

HEALTHY JEAN: a whole wheat spinach wrap w/ lots of sprouts and veggies, some light cream cheese, drizzle of balsamic vinagrette, avocado OR whole wheat wrap w/ mexican melange (that balsamic vinagrette mix w/ fresh salsa, salad, corn, beans, cilantro)

Wow, that's tough!! This is what first comes to mind, at least:

Fun Amy: Grilled oat bread with peanut butter, Nutella, pear, banana and cinnamon

Healthy Amy: multi-whole-grain wrap with a litle avocado, sprouts, lots of tomato, grilled marinated tempeh, orange wheels, chunks of sweet potato, and black beans with cumin

i would order amy's and jean's sandwiches, for sure. i'm not that creative with my sandwiches-

fun jen- grilled (meaning cooked with earth balance on a frying pan or in a sandwich griller machine) soy cheese, phoney baloney, and tomato on panini

healthier jen- chili-flavored wrap filled with jerk-flavored baked tofu, fakin' bacon, avocado, lettuce, sprouts, cucumber, tomato, vegannaise.

From Millcreek:

A sandwich named after me would be all cold cuts or all hot stuff.

I was never much on baloney (balogna? whatever) even when I ate meat so I probably wouldn't order that one... however the chili wrap sounds reallly good! :-)
