I managed to get up and make it to the 6:15am step class. Did back/bi/tri after (didn't do them on Monday). Going to have lunch with bf and then teach piano.
Pre-gym: lavash, brie Post-gym: potato chips so far (oh god) daikon & carrot soup Lunch: pizza, salad Dinner: steamed egg custard, more of that soup
Oh, I forgot, I am going to go shopping for some brown shoes. I would like either wedge heel or kitten heel. My bf yesterday said something about my wearing black shoes with a brown/beige suit and now I'm all self conscious about my footwear.
I was thinking of trying to make a step class at this gym this morning, but my legs are still so sore that I decided to skip it. DH and I are going to yoga this morning and I have some errands to run this afternoon.
We miss having you here, too. Kids just have days when they want comfort, just like adults do but they get over it really fast. I wonder if your stalker was just too embarassed and started going at different times.
Well, I can't be sure, but I'm thinking it was the leg workout I did Monday where I leg pressed 320 lbs, hack squatted 230 lbs and did smith machine lunges w/50 lbs plated.
i'm glad your day got better, millcreek. i've come to realize that too, that if i'm in a funk and i do a fun workout, i'll feel better.
T's sister is due nov. 22nd. she loved the hat. now i'm making another one, but adding some fun stuff to it. you'll have to check back on my knitting blog to hear more about it.

It's amazing what a good workout can do for a tired gym rat.
