I'm doing chest, tris and shoulders today. If I feel up to it, I'll do step mill for cardio. If not, it'll be the elliptical. I've got one client this afternoon and some odds and ends that need to be addressed. Legs are FINALLY starting to feel better.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs w/cheese

Snack: protein shake

Lunch: chili cheese burrito

Snack: apple and peanut butter

Dinner: not sure - I still need to make my spinach parmesan souffle but I've put it off for so long that I think my spinach may be bad. I think my backup plan may be the a chile relleno casserole or possibly a basil chicken recipe I've been wanting to try.

don't get yourself fired, millcreek!

i'm going to take cardio kickboxing today. i had pumpkin bread with earth balance for breakfast, probably a wrap and a smoothie for lunch, and going out to vegetable garden for dinner.

there are some hilarious goings-on at my office today and i want to blog about them, but unfortunately you really have to know the person involved to realize how hilarious the situation is.

Are you going to write it about it on your off balance blog?

Oh, and I bought brown shoes yesterday.

Breakfast: none, was sleeping

Dinner: ???

i did. i decided to give some backstory to explain how funny it is and tell it. read it tell me if it was worth it or whether it is just a long and boring post.

plans have changed, i'm skipping out on the gym to have lunch with T... at least it will be a healthy lunch.

Hi, all! Feeling very positive today! I had a great experience at the gym. I taught 2 classes. I did my body sculpting class and then subbed a hi/lo afterwards. Two people didn't stay because the regular instructor wasn't there, but that was their loss! LOL! These are the same people who complain that she does the same routine and too many jumping jacks. Anyway, I worked hard in both classes and it felt wonderful. It was the first cardio class I taught since my last surgery. My feet didn't even hurt...but I did keep switching back and forth between hi and lo.

Met with Undone afterwards and had brunch at a diner. Then we took a ride to a cub scout store. Just made me feel good to hang out with a friend.

B-protein shake...yuck...decaf tea

Brunch-mushroom/spinach omelet, whole wheat toast, tea..oh yeah...some home fries...ooops!

Afternoon..green tea

Dinner-home made pasta fagiole and salad.

Looks like we are both back in the gym groove. I still can't do a pull up, but I am not really trying. I am just happy to be able to do classes again and do military pushups.

Great job with the pull ups Jean. I bet you felt so much better changing your gym routine and not teaching so many classes any more.
