It motivates me when I see someone who's lost weight and done well, too.

First off, I have this to show you:

Second, there's some stuff that has to get done TODAY, or else we lose the house. I won't go into details but please, PLEASE think good thoughts!

I have to run a bunch of errands and then I teach Pump tonight.

Breakfast: leftover Japanese noodles
no idea on the rest of the day yet.

Is that what it looks like??? Sorry, I hate to sound so ignorant but I know people who've gotten "friendship" rings that look like engagement rings.

Yes, it is what you think it is. I didn't want a large diamond because I have incredibly skinny and stubby fingers.

It is very motivating to see someone have such great success especially with a good sound plan. I even have the SBD book and I really should get my act together too. I even have info on the low gylcemic index plan and it is really very similar to SBD. I don't know how you do it Millcreek! I know I would be very hungry myself after work and not beign able to eat something substantial until after feeding DD and then cooking. I think I would have to make a lot of stuff over the weekend and then just heat it up when I got

Congrats! That's wonderful. Have you set a date yet?

Now perhaps you ought to go back and re-read our thread about what happens to us when we get married. :P

I agree... it's completely ridiculous to pay a dollar for a whole pepper. I've been in sort of a produce famine too. I went to the organic grocer last week which is usually where I get my stuff because it's decent quality and relatively inexpensive but it was terrible. The fresh green beans were on sale and I almost bought some, but ended up putting them back because they looked terrible.

Trained a client this morning and then went to the gym and did legs and cardio. I have two clients this afternoon. I'm going to do some quick shopping after my client to look for hiking pants. I'm having a terrible time finding some hiking pants that look alright on my woman hips...

Breakfast: scrambled eggs w/cheese

Snack: protein shake

Dinner: feta basil wrap, carrots and hummus

Snack: apple and peanut butter

Dinner: broccoli soup, protein pudding
