Yikes! Sorry to hear about your bad breakfast! I say treat TOM get a healthy but pricey meal at the gym. She's been through enough today, wouldn't you say? I'd say feeling good is far more important than paying for an overpriced sandwich.
No work and no real plans today. DH and I are going to go hiking sometime this morning. I think I may also make that muffin recipe from Jean. I have a little bit of programming to do too.
I have the day off! and I just got out of bed 30 min ago. Last night I went to pick up my ring and they didn't have it even though I was promised by 2 different people that it would be ready. They called this morning and said it is in, so I'm going as soon as I finish my brunch.
The cardio after weights experiment yesterday...did not go so well. I did the warmup, and then weights, and then I just wanted to go home. So today I'm just gonna do cardio, treadmill & elliptical.
I'm staying overnight at a condo that's been in my family for 30 years and is closer to my work. BF and I may end up crashing there for awhile when we get back from Hong Kong.
Not a good start to the day, Millcreek. Hope you were able to find something better to eat for lunch. Dinner looks very hopeful.
Made myself get up and meet some members at the gym to do a Pump and Pedal class. I thought I didn't like spin, but this class and the instructor was good. I tried it a couple of years ago and it was an awful class. Anyway, it was enjoyable and I believe I found another way to crosstrain and add it to my workouts. I must buy a gel seat cover before I do it again. OUCH!
No breakfast today and didn't eat until after class, Walmart and grocery store stops. Bought way too much food again as always. Made myself a turkey rueben on whole grain bread. Very satisfying. Lots of decaf tea as well as green tea and water so far.
DH was off. He stayed home and did laundry! I get to work at 4:30, and ended up working until noon today. Didn't get anything or any chance to eat until then - 7 1/2hours on breakfast alone! Ugh.
B - multigrain tortilla w/ pb & banana L - Rubio's burrito - ww tort., grilled veggies, black beans, guac., rice... D - not much yet... maybe hard boiled egg and some veggies. Going to bed soon and can't eat so close.

Update:
Didn't do hike this morning as my stomach was bothering me. DH and I ended up doing a 4 mile walk this afternoon.
Breakfast: peanut butter banana toast
Snack: 2 peanut butter banana oatmeal muffins
Lunch: salad, cottage cheese, chocolate
Snack: muffin
Dinner: cheeseburger and sweet potato fries
