My daughter woke up with a bad stomachache last night and threw up. Then she had the shivers and a slight fever.

I'm feeling a little better, but still planning on resting today. No workout and no clients. Must get better for Friday!

Will most likely be freezer-diving for the remainder of the week. I went to the store yesterday and bought a *few* things, but trying to have us eat up as much as we can here.

I guess the key to teaching a good class for me is being stressed out, having no sleep and too much coffee! I had a few students tell me what a great class it is and ask when else I teach and the director told me she had a couple of students tell her what a great class it was!

Millcreek's update:

I will NOT be spending lunch with dd today so, I'm planning on using the step mill in about 15 minutes.

tonight i have to take my annual cpr renewal class, which i hate because it's 6pm to 10pm (i have to go directly from work) and since i've already taken the class several times before it's all stuff i already know. the only hope is that everyone in the class will have taken it before -- if so, we'll be able to go through it quickly and get out early.

also, for jean's benefit, i'd like to mention that i'm wearing three tops today - a wine-colored polyester button-up, collared shirt... on top of that a leopard print polyester long sleeve crew neck shirt (so only the tails and collar of the wine shirt is showing)... and on top of that a moss green cardigan with embroidered cherries on the chest. as i said, i'm all about 3+ layering.

no exercise for me today AGAIN, and i don't know about food. probably a wrap for lunch but who knows what for dinner when i get home at 10:30 pm. oh, and we are having a funshine party at work and i made really delicious brownies!!

I did read that in the paper yesterday and I think the new method is a lot more user friendly and easy to remember.

I took my CPR certif. online and it was very inexpensive.

I think you can only layer like that when you're as small as you are.
