What is the drop dead date for getting Christmas cards out and still have them arrive in time?

Oops forgot the workout--I'm going to run on the treadmill and then do ball class.

I'm subbing spin today - I managed to come up with that whole CD of Christmas stuff with a beat, some Boney M, Mannheim Steamroller, and Trans Siberian Orchestra. I had a nightmare last night about spin class, I had a crappy bike, the mic wouldn't work, the songs played on random shuffle...eeek! Hopefully that wasn't a prophetic dream.

I have another very long night of piano teaching to enjoy after the gym.

Here's a picture of bf and me at his family Christmas dinner this past weekend:

Breakfast: toast with butter & marmite, veggie soup
Lunch: Annie's mac & cheese, salad
Dinner: grapes, clementines, pistachios

I guess it depends on where you're mailing them...? My mom mailed an xmas card from MO 8 days ago and I still haven't gotten it.

Going to the gym today for bi's/tris/abs and cardio. My day is mine except for an evening client here in my home tonight. I have to take DH to pick up his car - it's in the shop and I may do a little more shopping as I'd like to get my mom a little something else.

Breakfast: apple and peanut butter (was going to deviate from my eggs and cheese this morning to have Kashi but my milk was bad)

Snack: protein shake (if I stop by the store on the way home) or a protein ball if I don't

Lunch: salad, tamale

Snack: cottage cheese

Dinner: ?

Jean,

I think the USPS speeds things up a little during the holidays so cards get where they need to go sooner.

OH and my workout today was just me lugging home a honey baked ham.

I have a fellow gymrat friend in Australia and she lives on these energy bars called protein balls. She sent me some and I just got them yesterday. They are quite tasty. 150 calories and 15 grams of protein... not bad for a little ball. :) The funniest thing about them is the advertising insert... It says "Do you have the balls to get out and do what you want to do? Do you have the balls to get out of bed like every day is Saturday?..." and on and on. I got such a kick out of that. I don't think they could ever advertise like there here because too many fuddy-duddies would get upset.
