We had a rather relaxed week overall, my 8 year old dd started soccer last night, she had so much fun (even if the coach broke down on the road and never made it to practice!).

Well, I had a pretty good week all in all. I went on another job interview yesterday but it wasn't a match. So, I'll keep looking and hope that something better comes along. Not really much to add because other than job hunting I've just stayed home and been a domesticated diva all week! LOL!

The weekend plans are pretty low key and simple. Tonight we'll have family night and probably play a game. The boys learned poker so we play with fake gold coins! Tomorrow we're thinking of going bowling since we haven't been in so long. Sunday dinner with the in laws and Monday we will probably hang out and do nothing! Have a great weekend girls!

Mostly just a bad week. DH is stressing me out, I am much more tired than I thought I would be, and Jordyn is worn out too. I think her problem is most likely the heat and she isn't drinking enough water with the amount of time she is in the gym each week. Can't really say there was anything good about this week. Except maybe that my lasagna turned out good last night, I had to call my dad about it, apparently I have been layering it wrong and the noodles were always soggy from the sauce. Turned out much better last night. Went to watch Jordyn at gymnastics practice last night for the first time since she got to the new gym, I am very impressed her her progress and how much better she is compared to just 2 months ago.

Weekend plans, DH has to go to a motorcycle safety class again, we are having a bbq with the in-laws sometime this weekend, but not sure when. Jordyn is going to the movies with 2 friends from school, we have to sit and work on her flag project for school, its due in 2 weeks, and I have to clean the house and get more organized. The disarray is driving me insane.

We are leaving tomorrow for a 7 night Western Caribean cruise. We will have stops at Cozemel, Ochos Rios and The Cayman Islands. We are so excited. This time we are taking my in-laws. Their dream has always been to go on a cruise. I am so exctied for them. This will be their first "real" vacation. No kids to watch, no food to cook, no diapers to change, no money to worry about.

We pick them up from the airport at 12:30 today. It is also my DH and my 13th wedding anniversary the 4th. Hopefully my in-laws can take DS for the night in their cabin.

Bon Voyage!!!!

Not a bad week since we are easing in to school. The girls found out who their teachers are but couldn't tell me much about them, LOL. I guess I'll wait until BTS night...oh, my parents will probably find out before me since the school always has a Grandparent's Day where gparents can come visit. Since this is Rach's last yr in ES probably both sets of gparents are going.

Catching up at work since I was off at the beach. Things at home are more settled now that DH is feeling better & has finished his antibiotics after our trip to aftercare dr the night before we went to the beach.

I plan on doing NOTHING this wkend....first Jamie has a sleepover so that means it'll be nice & quiet (read no arguing). Also it will be raining until Sat so not much you can do. I plan on returning some books to the library -- Rach reads a lot so she needs new books. Then I'll probably get some DVDs for the girls to watch.

We aren't planning too much this weekend. Sarah may be sick she seemed to be coming down with something, she was quiet the past 2 days and when she gets quiet something is wrong. Sarah is my drama queen, at least I hope that is all that is wrong with her. LOL

If the weather is nice & everyone feels ok we may let then swim for the last times of the season this weekend.

We are hoping to BBQ Monday or we have even talked about taking the kids somewhere fun which would mean the dreaded Chuck E. Cheese or there is a place her called Incredible Pizza which is a lot like CEC but no animal characters just games & a pizza buffet. Other than that a relatively quiet weekend considering the three kids love to aggravate me by yelling at each other. They don't get what an inside voice is.
