Hannah has pms and has an attitude. She's even giving dh grieve. I'm not looking forward to the next couple of years. This hormonal stuff is the pits. This morning I was standing in her room and she said, "I'm in a bad mood, I need space." Whatever..............

Tonight I'm going to a PTA thock party. We exchange Christmas socks and a thong if we want. There are 27 PTA'ers going. Hannah has a friend sleeping over here. DH will take care of them.

Saturday - We have a Christmas party to go to. Kids are invited. I believe Hannah is having her friend sleepover.

Sunday - My mom and I are going downtown to see a play, White Christmas. We plan on going in early to window shop, shop and get a bite to eat.

Have a gr8 weekend all.

Week has been busy. Connor had his winter concert at the school last night. It went really well and the youth pastor from our church showed up to support him. The choral director thanked me for Connor (apparently he's been really helping her out lately) and asked that I "push auditioning for the school play in January". We rounded out the evening by going to a nice dinner at our favorite restaurant. (a treat as we only go out to eat once every other month if that).

Our weekend plans are still up in the air. I have to work tonight and dh has to work all weekend. We would like to go to see The Nativity Story this weekend but it will depend on what Connor's report card looks like when he gets home tonight.

Well, it was a tough week with all the stuff going on in Kristen's class. But we survived. Other than that drama not much, she had archery last night and I went to the store to buy a bunch of stuff for our food drive at work. She has no school today because of school interviews so she is home alone this morning and annoyed with me because she woke up at 7:45 rather than sleeping till 10:00 like she planned. LOL Like its my fault she woke up.

Tomorrow is the Christmas party for kids at my single parents group and she is going to go to riding as well since she missed last week. Then Sunday is curling. I need to do a bit of shopping and was hoping to clean my basement but really don't have much time so will likely just do some general tidying.

This was a pretty good week - but I am frustrated with Melissa - she has had some extra chorus practices in preperation for her concerts this week and next and hasn't been able to pull her brain together to get homework done before 8 pm at night.

after my ex taking my daugher with out permission from a school function with the staff and parents and pto knowing about it then lying to me my week has sucked. I have had to call the da, speak to attorneys, and to our monitored exchange personel to find out what is going to happen. So I have to make arrangements to speak to the school board on wed. Make arrangements to take my kid out of school. place her in another school for her safety. in the mean time accept that she has to finish the rest of the semester out at the school from "loose ends" which kills me everything I have to drop her off. Find another attorney and sit and wait until I know what exchange is going to happen. Worried about what might happen and keep a straight face and act like nothing is going on for my kid. That way she is safe and does not know what is going on. Wow seems simple. I need a vacation. Oh did i mention our family christmas party is on sat we are leaving for my moms on friday night.

Hmmmmm let's see - Evan had a very up and down week. He found out he's going to be part of a gifted pull out group for reading (duhhh - he scored in the 85% for 8th graders as a 3rd grader - it only took them 3 years to do something) and his behavior is taking a downward slide again. School is okay but at home and at church it's an issue again. Last night he pulled the chair out from underneath a little girl and then she told him she was going to kill him. Arghhh! I really think the key is some one on one time with dh and I. He LOVES it and turns into the neatest kid I know when we're alone together. He admitted to dh that he's got a crush on a girl at school - too cute.

Megan (dd age 6) was studying polar bears this week at school so we made teddy bear sugar cookies and frosted them white and took them to school this morning.

The state of my kitchen is driving me crazy. I'm going to go rip apart a cupboard or two before I have to pick up the kids from school.

This weekend is crazy busy!! Megan has a birthday party tonight. Evan has a swim meet Saturday and Sunday morning. Saturday afternoon we have a brief respite and Sunday besides the swim meet the kids are performing at church Sunday morning, I'm serving communion at the late service, Megan has another birthday, and the church Christmas pageant (we're calling it an Advent Festival) is Sunday late afternoon followed by a potluck dinner. Oh, and dh's company is sponsoring an event at a bar during football games Sunday afternoon... I may just sleep all day Monday.. :) And, somewhere in there we need to actually put the ornaments on the tree
