I started teaching a body sculpting class again on Feb. 21.

Maybe throw in some plyometric stuff, like jump squats...that makes people feel like they're working hard and doesn't require a lot of equipment.

I have to stick to strictly body sculpting. This group doesn't want cardio, but only because they've never done it in this class. They didn't even want to warm up before doing the toning.


I'm a little nervous...I've got to teach step tomorrow and I haven't for a long time.

You could do the circuit with strictly weight training, too.

We had enough body bars, but I had to search for more weights....We have 5 stability balls lying around and about 5 sets of tubing.


I may try the circuits next week, really.

Push ups are my favorite. There are so many fun variations to them.
