Oh well, if it does, that explains the extra post...Anyway the gist of what I said was I love the idea of the article, lifting and power is great, but I'd enjoy the article better if she wasn't so condescending to women who have made different choices.

I don't know, it made me sit and look at what I was doing. When I go into the gym, the first place I head is the treadmills. This had me looking up different things I could do at the gym on the weight machines and with the free weights.

just want to point out that a lot of women lift hard and are very strong and still have "doughy overlapping curves" - they aren't mutually exclusive.
