I need to figure out how I should work out and what I should be eating. I weigh about 115 and I am about 5'3. I just have some fat on my belly and thighs. I guess from not working out. Anyone got any suggestions on what I should do ?

You're at a good weight for your height and we're all our worst critics so I'm guessing someone else might see you and think you look great.
